User Applications - Planning Data

The Planning Functionality of EzySolutions consists of a number of modules.   Within each module there are a number of planning types and these relate to one or more planning transactions within SAP.

Planning Data Supported by Module of EzySolutions:

Each module makes use of the standard Features available within EzySolutions -

Within each module a number of reporting layouts/templates have been developed to assist the user with reporting and data validation/confirmation.  These layouts are equivalent to standard reports in SAP and provide the user with data in the format developed for their template.  Typical Reporting Layouts include:

• Current Month Actual, Current Month Plan, YTD Actual, YTD Plan, Full Year Plan.
• All costs including Statistical and Real Costs.
• Real Costs only.
• Statistical Costs only.
• Assessment and Distribution Postings.

Users are also able to summarize data via the use of Groups/Hierarchies existing in SAP.  So for example, data can be downloaded for reporting purposes at a Cost Center Group level and/or a Cost Element Group level. 

Finally, users are easily able to download history information into the Excel template and use this as a basis for monthly reforecasting.
